	Rutland Gate - Leasehold Valuation Tribunal - Archive 'Leaseholders at Rutland Gate have joined together to bring a 'Class Action' against our landlord, Orbit Bexley Housing Association ... Update Service Charges - Value for Money The Housing Corporation has published (March 2007) a guidance document for all Housing Associations aimed at senior managers, directors and all staff who work with leaseholders. The document contains the very basic detail of what tenants and 'Leaseholders expect from their landlord and importantly what the Housing Corporation expects from Housing Associations. It makes interesting reading for 'Leaseholders as there is no ambiguity as to what the Housing Corporation expects a Housing Association to do for its 'Leaseholders and lays out very clearly and concisely how this should be achieved.
